RaytME
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets out the rules that apply whenever you access or use the RaytME website, mobile application, digital business card tools, or any related service (together, the "Platform"), operated by RaytME LLC. Because RaytME is built around real people rating real professional interactions, misuse can cause direct harm to someone else’s professional reputation — so we enforce this Policy actively.
This Policy applies to every person who uses the Platform in any way — including registered users, anyone submitting a rating or comment, and anyone whose professional profile appears on the Platform, whether or not they have created an account.
Do not upload another person’s contact or professional information for a purpose they have not agreed to. Do not use contact-search, directory, or export features to build lists for resale, recruiting, or unsolicited outreach outside the Platform’s intended purpose. Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-export data from the Platform by automated means.
No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abuse directed at other users, rated individuals, or our staff. No unsolicited bulk messages, spam invitations, or excessive automated digital-card share requests. No impersonation of any person, business, or RaytME representative.
No attempts to bypass authentication, rate limits, or anti-manipulation safeguards. No probing, scanning, or testing the security of our systems without prior written authorization. No introducing bots, scripts, or code designed to disrupt or gain unauthorized access. To request authorization for security testing, or to report a vulnerability, contact security@raytme.me.
To prevent spam and protect deliverability, we may apply reasonable limits on the number of digital-card invitations, QR/NFC shares, or emails sent through RaytME within a given period. Limits may vary by plan.
If we believe this Policy has been violated, we may investigate, remove or hide content, adjust or freeze a score suspected of manipulation, restrict features, suspend, or terminate the account involved. We will generally try to notify affected users, but may act immediately and without notice where we believe there is a risk of harm, fraud, or ongoing abuse.
If you believe someone has violated this Policy — including submitting a manipulated, fake, or retaliatory rating about you — contact support@raytme.me. For formal legal notices, including claims of defamation or intellectual property infringement, contact legal@raytme.me. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and complete our review within 10 business days. We will remove content where a competent court or authority orders us to.
This Policy applies regardless of the country or region from which you access the Platform. Nothing in this Policy limits any right you may have under the mandatory law of your country of residence, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or the United States.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. RaytME LLC 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 support@raytme.me · legal@raytme.me
